I forgot my password
On the login screen, choose "Forgot password" and enter your account email. We'll send you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us at hello@rang360.ie.
I didn't get my confirmation email
Account confirmation emails come from our rang360.ie domain. Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's still missing, email hello@rang360.ie with the address you signed up with and we'll sort it.
How do I change my name, email or class setup?
Open Settings in the app. You can update your name and email there, and re-run your class setup to adjust class levels, subjects or months. Changing your email will send a confirmation link to the new address.
How do I delete my account or start fresh?
In Settings you'll find two options. "Start fresh" wipes your teaching data but keeps your account. "Delete account" permanently removes your login and all your teaching data.
Deletion is immediate and can't be undone, so export anything you want to keep first. (For privacy reasons, a one-way hash of your email is retained to prevent trial abuse - see our Privacy Policy.)
Can I get a copy of my data?
A lot of your data is already exportable in-app as PDFs (your Cuntas reports and worksheets). For a full copy of your account data, email hello@rang360.ie and we'll arrange it.
Does Rang360 store any pupil data?
No - never. Rang360 tracks curriculum coverage, not individual pupils. There's no field for pupil data and we ask teachers not to enter any. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
How does the free trial and billing work?
New accounts start on a free trial with no card required. When paid plans launch, billing will be handled securely through Stripe. For anything billing-related, email hello@rang360.ie. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
A worksheet looks wrong - what should I do?
Worksheets are AI-generated, so do review them before classroom use. If one isn't right, try regenerating it. If you spot a recurring issue, let us know at hello@rang360.ie - that feedback genuinely helps us improve.
